1.The technique of our younger players
here i am including yuvraj singh ,msd,suresh raina as the youngsters although there are quite matured nut from the test point of view not so and also if we see the average age of our test team they will come in the youngsters.
The problems with these guys is that they know to play well on the flat pitches but once the ball start moving or there is excess of bounce in the pitch they usually fail.
but you can not blame these players bcoz they are born in the land where the wickets just do not provide enough swing movement.
2.captaincy of msd
i am not against our world champion captain.But there are flaws in his test captaincy.
resting ishant sharma in the 1st test when he was in the middle of his best spell ever and that to when team was coming back in the match is a decison which can never be understood.
Problem is that he repeated the same mistake in 2nd test resting shreesant when he was looking dangerous having taken 3 wickets.
there are many points which gets overshadowed because he always had a such great bunch of players which always over come his flaws.
3.loyalty of players for the team
well the ipl one day will surely start to show its true colors.
i will like to raise a question on v sehwag's loyalty for team india.
he had played in all the last 4 seasons of ipl.
but has not played in the champions trophy,last two t20 wc and now in england.
although india won the wc 2011 but sehwag did not bowl a single delivery on the spin friendly pitches of the sub continent and that was because his shoulder was injured during an ipl match.
same is the case with gautam,zaheer and yuvraj they are also giving preference to ipl over country.
